Flew in last week in my Bonanza. Arrival experience was good. I asked them to have the aircraft gassed up and ready at 4 pm for a time sensitive departure. When I got back at 3:50 they said they had been too busy to refuel and kept me waiting for over half an hour. When nothing had happened I asked them to check again and it turned out that the plane had already been serviced, just no one thought to tell me. Friendly people, just inefficient. I am going back to VNY this week but will be using Signature. They may be a touch expensive but they are generally reliable.

I called all of the FBO's listed on AirNav. Jennifer answered the phone when I called two days prior to my visit. She was most helpful and said they would be willing to work on my ramp fee if I purchased fuel. My wife, 2 children, and dog arrived two days later in our T-Arrow to go see Mickey Mouse, got out, walked into the very nice terminal to see 5 people greeting us with a water bowl for my dog! They treated us like royalty and we will be back many times. Oh, and they waived the ramp fee entirely.

Decided to park our Cirrus at Castle & Cooke for the night. Great service, and they waived the ramp fee with a fuel purchase. Very nice facilities, I highly recommend this FBO to those of us who fly four seaters.

I had to visit the FSDO. C&C was the closest. My friend was flying us there in his 1946 Cessna 140. C&C said no ramp fee with any fuel purchase. I even told them it would only be 5 gallons. No problem they said. When we got there they pulled us into a huge hangar in front of a G650 another very large Gulf Stream and a very small looking Pilatus. Then they offered us a nearly new crew car and gave us a map to the 94th Aero Squadron restaurant. It just doesn't get any better than this!

This FBO and its staff is a hidden gem at Van Nuys. We have visited twice in our PC-12, the last time foregoing the CAA preferred FBO just to visit these great folks. They have always treated us right and we will continue to visit on our trips in that direction.

A very nice FBO! I was dropping of passengers for Angel Flight and picking up two more Angel Flight passengers. The Operations Manager "Woody" came out to greet me at the airplane and explained to me that Angel Flight people are doing great things for humanity. He then asked the Customer Service Representative to waive any ramp fees. They do not have an official Angel Flight discount program, however after giving us a discount they assured us they would ask management to look into it for us. I found C&C on AirNav with many really good references so I decided to give them a try. They are worth it, friendly and professional staff, great facilities. I fly piston twins not Jets, they treat everyone the same. I will be back!

Absolutely super FBO!! I found C & C on AirNav after searching for better crew car rental rates than the $70. I got from Go Car Rental at SMO or VNY. C & C's line lady found me a $40 car and gave us outstanding service when we arrived last Wednesday, and when we left later that day, the boss gave me a discount on aircraft fuel and even traded Mooney Aircraft stories with me!

A very nice FBO. Very kind lady at the front desk, who waived the required 20 g minimum fuel fill-up since I explained I would have run out if I didn't stop at Redlands for fuel on my way to KVNY. I kept the Diamond there for two days and was pleased with the pleasant service for my piston single and myself although they are clearly geared for corporate and turbine clientele. I was treated very well.

Stopped in with my Dad today for some lunch and just a little place to relax for a few hours. Easy access off of the high-speed taxiway of 16R and was greeted by Brian ("Woody") who gave us a brief tour of the facilities and shared info about the company. He then proceeded to give us a ride to and from the 94th Aero Squadron across the airport in the courtesy van. Fantastic experience and the place to go at Van Nuys if you want yourself and your aircraft to be treated well, have reasonable prices, and set you up with all your transportation/hotel needs regardless of your aircraft type. Truly a one of a kind level of service.

The best FBO I've been to in a while. Calling in 10 minutes out they were able to correct a rent car issue we had and got the car there minutes after we pulled up to the ramp. After shutdown three guys were there to help us unload. The line manager Woody, then Irene the customer service rep personally came out and offered assistance. We had an avionics issue, so they walked us over to the avionics shop and made sure we were taken care of. Then drove us over to Burbank for our airline flight out and picked us up a few days later. Well equipped facility pilot lounge, flight planning room and passenger waiting area. All in all the things that used to be the norm they still hold on to. First class operation!

Without a doubt the best FBO experience ever! Beautiful facility, very friendly and accommodating folks from the front desk to the line crew. My Velocity was there only one night and took only 20 gallons and a quart of oil but they couldn't have treated me better if I were John Travolta taxiing up in his 707. Line guys swarmed over my bird like a top pit crew in a NASCAR race when I asked for fuel and to check the air in my tires before leaving. They were a private FBO that just opened up to the public and they will definitely get all my business when I'm in town. If you're going to Van Nuys you need to make them your stop.
