Mach 1 Aviation is Los Angeles's premier Cirrus Training Center and flight school located inside the Signature Flight Support building at Van Nuys Airport. Our Los Angeles flight school facility offers many amenities that provide you with an enjoyable experience when visiting. The pilots lounge is right off of the lobby with flat screen television available, as well as computers for your use. Also provided is freshly brewed coffee, tea, and snacks. Upstairs we have a conference room that can be used for meetings or ground school.

Mach 1 Aviation was great. A lean crew runs the Cirrus rental service but they are great. Jason gave my sister an introductory flight and she loved it. I was intrigued and did one as well. He was professional and not up tight. Had a great handle on the airplane but let me make some mistakes and corrected them. Mach 1 is located in the Signature Flight Service building and has a great facility. Stop by if you have time!

Office is conveniently located inside the Signature FBO building. Made an appointment for a checkout and rental on Aug 3rd 2009. Owner/Chief Instructor Jason Price did a nice straightforward no-nonsense checkout with me (zero hours on Cirrus and Avidyne) after which I could take the plane for an overnight with my girlfriend on Catalina Island. Liked the Cirrus too so I will come back here.
