First class service. Lineman were very helpful and fueled plane quickly. When I returned the plane was tied down and cones were set arround the wings, nose and tail. Counter personnel were very polite and made sure we were taken care of. On the day of departure we had to return for a problem. They met us at the plane to see if they could help. Also, tower personnel are friendly and easy to work with. I'm based at a towered field and wish our tower personnel were as good as these folks. Hopefully someone from the FBO will let them know. I give the entire operation at Cecil Field an A+ and recommend everyone to stop here for fuel. Jacksonville Jetport is an outstanding FBO.

I used to stop at some other local fields but happened to pick Cecil Field for a change of pace. I was quite impressed with the facilities and the fabulous people working there. The staff was awesome.... Four linemen directed me in and took care of the plane. They said the open at 8am on Saturday morning but I needed to depart earlier. Chris said he would be there at 7am for me and he was there even earlier since we got there at 6:45. It was fun seeing the military operations at the field as two F-18's were firing up as I was. Highly recommended FBO. I'll be making this my stop from this point forward.

JAX Jetport is a great place to stop. Craig used to be our primary business airport. No longer. The folks at Cecil are fantastic. Samantha and Chris are super helpful and courteous. The facilities are superb and the fuel prices are well below others, especially the larger airports. Thanks for the fresh look and great customer service.

After a long day of travel on June 26, 2009 I dropped off my passengers at KMGR. I was aware that Jax Jetport closed at 11 PM upon arrival at KMGR I called and spoke with Matt at Jax Jetport, he told me to not worry about closing time he would stay and accommodate me upon arrival at close to midnight. Thanks for your help Matt, your hospitality is greatly appreciated. On Sunday after overnighting my aircraft at Jax Jetport a weather system started to move through the area, I had to depart for a return trip home but knew it would be a late afternoon/evening flight. After a phone call to Jax Jetport Chris assured me that he would meet me after hours to allow me access to the aircraft. Thanks for your help Chris!! Jax Jetport is a great place to overnight your aircraft and have no worries. Cecil Field is an extraordinary airfield with superb runways for GA pilots. I will definitely be arriving and departing there on future flights.

Had to deviate for weather at Cecil. The lineman Chris was great. Helped us find a hangar, worked out letting us in the next morning. And went way out of his way to help us. 6:00 am departure and he was there to help. Met the owner the next day, he was just as helpful. Super place to stop.

I flew in to Jacksonville on Thursday Aug. 14 2008. My son and I were experiencing; trip ending, engine troubles. We set our aircraft down at Jacksonville Jetport, where we were promptly met by two line service technicians by the name of Steve and Chris. They chocked our aircraft and immediately began a check of our needs. I was a bit frazzled as to how the last leg of our trip was going to unfold. The guys invited us inside where we were offered bottled waters and a comfortable place to sit. I let the engines cool down and we found out that the oil cap, port-side was loose and had robbed us of some much needed oil. Not only did Steve and Chris help to replenish the oil, they also cleaned the side of the aircraft without a second thought. This is the type of hard work and excellent customer service that all FBO's should have. Thanks to Steve and Chris and the Jacksonville Jetport crew, we will be back. Not to mention the HUGE runways! You guys were great.

Visited J'ville over the weekend and had a great experience with the folks at Air-1. They were very helpful and run a great operation. Lowest cost fuel on the field, and easy to get to (just off taxiway Bravo-2). Highly recommend. Plus, Cecil Field is a pretty cool former Navy base... C'mon, how many times have you landed at a field with a 12, 500' runway???

A great experience. I had to put down at Cecil Field due to deteriorating weather and was totally unfamiliar with the FBOs there (there are 2). I wound up at Air-1 and I think I lucked out. Linemen met us at our 172 and asked if we had a place to stay. Finding we didn't, they called and secured a local hotel room for us while we unpacked the plane. They took us to the hotel and picked us up promptly at the time we requested the next morning. They charged us nothing for tie-down or transportation, only our fuel. The staff at Air-1 seem to strive to exceed the expectations of their GA customers.
