What can you say... One of the nicest FBO's I have had the pleasure of doing business with. A lot of people think this is a Mil field. It's not!! Everyone goes out of their way to serve you.

This FBO is top notch. I made several calls to them about my trip. On my first call I spoke with a gentleman that said they refer to him as ASTRO. I explained I would be getting in late, he said no problem and gave me his cell number to call when I arrived. I called the FBO on my day of arrival and spoke with Rusty. I explained we wouldn’t be in until 2:00am again he said no problem that he would wait for me to arrive no need to call ASTRO. Due to weather we got there at 3:00am. He met us on the ramp with a smile. For a FBO to close at 9:00pm and have two of their employees to offer to wait for us was beyond great customer service. This was my third visit to this FBO and have always had great service from everyone including the tower.

Landed here at night after loosing oil pressure on my way to Clearwater. Most helpful FBO and tower guys you can find. David, Jeff and Astro went well above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for fixing the problem and staying overnight.

This is a great airport to operate from in the Jacksonville area. The runways are HUGE, the facilities are top notch and the attentions are 2nd to none. It is not very busy so even small airplanes like mine are very welcome.

JETPORT at VQQ is a GREAT stop for gas and go or to stay. The facilities are first rate and only made better by the staff that are professional as much as they are friendly. They are a modern JETPORT FBO with small airport prices and a home grass-field feel and welcome. Strongly recommended by this professional ATP pilot who is a frequent GA pilot in my own plane.

We traveled with our 175-pound Nuffy who had orthopedic surgery performed on his front leg. This created an issue for him to manage to get up and down the airstairs. The folks at Jetport had arranged for a forklift truck to be on standby to assist with the lift on and off. Not only did they go that far they also found a ramp with rails that fit onto a pallet to make certain all was well. Was met upon arrival by four ramp champs who guided us into the nearest spot to their facility. Very clean facility, staffed by really wonderful, compassionate professional that do a great job. As Gen Mac said I will return

It is hard to put into words the feeling you have when a group of strangers treats you like family. I arrived about 10pm but had called ahead to make sure a cab was waiting (they told me it takes a half hour). The cabbie got lost, and by 11:15p they were happily still waiting with me & harassing the cab dispatcher. They even offered me a free crew car for 24 hrs if I couldn't wait any longer. It's the lowest fuel price in the JAX area, but these folks really know how to take care of a customer. It will certainly be my stop again.

Had an unplanned diversion into Cecil field and didn't know what to expect.... Very happy to have been greeted by David & Chris who were very helpful in getting me set up with a rental car at a good price and securing my aircraft as the storm blew in. A very nice FBO with a great staff.

We perform aerial survey work all over the country and I've NEVER had another FBO treat us half as good as these folks do. They go out of their way to make sure all the bases are covered. Top notch in every respect. I'll go out of my way to stop here!

This is consistently one of the best FBO experiences that you will ever have! I stop at Cecil about 5 times/year and the service is super. The line crew is always ready to help with luggage, etc. And the fuel price is the best in the area. I look forward to my next trip and will definitely stop at Jacksonville Jetport!

We flew one of our Hawkers into Cecil Field last Sunday and it could not have been more pleasant. Chris at the Jetport was very professional and courteous. He went so far as to loan us a car/w gps and point us toward the nearest seafood joint. The FBO itself was updated with modern decor and we will definitely return when in the area. Thanks again Chris.

First class service. Lineman were very helpful and fueled plane quickly. When I returned the plane was tied down and cones were set arround the wings, nose and tail. Counter personnel were very polite and made sure we were taken care of. On the day of departure we had to return for a problem. They met us at the plane to see if they could help. Also, tower personnel are friendly and easy to work with. I'm based at a towered field and wish our tower personnel were as good as these folks. Hopefully someone from the FBO will let them know. I give the entire operation at Cecil Field an A+ and recommend everyone to stop here for fuel. Jacksonville Jetport is an outstanding FBO.

I used to stop at some other local fields but happened to pick Cecil Field for a change of pace. I was quite impressed with the facilities and the fabulous people working there. The staff was awesome.... Four linemen directed me in and took care of the plane. They said the open at 8am on Saturday morning but I needed to depart earlier. Chris said he would be there at 7am for me and he was there even earlier since we got there at 6:45. It was fun seeing the military operations at the field as two F-18's were firing up as I was. Highly recommended FBO. I'll be making this my stop from this point forward.

JAX Jetport is a great place to stop. Craig used to be our primary business airport. No longer. The folks at Cecil are fantastic. Samantha and Chris are super helpful and courteous. The facilities are superb and the fuel prices are well below others, especially the larger airports. Thanks for the fresh look and great customer service.

After a long day of travel on June 26, 2009 I dropped off my passengers at KMGR. I was aware that Jax Jetport closed at 11 PM upon arrival at KMGR I called and spoke with Matt at Jax Jetport, he told me to not worry about closing time he would stay and accommodate me upon arrival at close to midnight. Thanks for your help Matt, your hospitality is greatly appreciated. On Sunday after overnighting my aircraft at Jax Jetport a weather system started to move through the area, I had to depart for a return trip home but knew it would be a late afternoon/evening flight. After a phone call to Jax Jetport Chris assured me that he would meet me after hours to allow me access to the aircraft. Thanks for your help Chris!! Jax Jetport is a great place to overnight your aircraft and have no worries. Cecil Field is an extraordinary airfield with superb runways for GA pilots. I will definitely be arriving and departing there on future flights.

Had to deviate for weather at Cecil. The lineman Chris was great. Helped us find a hangar, worked out letting us in the next morning. And went way out of his way to help us. 6:00 am departure and he was there to help. Met the owner the next day, he was just as helpful. Super place to stop.
