Terrific organization and staff. I make regular flights to a Doctor in Vero Beach. Since my stay is usually for only a couple hours, with just a call the day before, Paris Air has always arranged a ride for me to get to my appointments on time - every time, and then pick me up after the appointment. The office staff and ramp crew are all VERY accommodating and friendly, and it is a short taxi to the well-maintained Self Serve area. The facilities and hangar are the cleanest around. Definitely a "Class" organization.

Not a single engine friendly FBO, came in for fuel and it took a long time to get things done. Seems like a flight training center and charter flight FBO. I'd suggest a different FBO if your not looking to train or get a charter flight.

Awesome awesome FBO. Alvin was absolutely wonderful; we called ahead and asked about a loaner, as we wanted to fly in for dinner for the evening. He not only got us a loaner, but also gave us direction to a wonderful Italian restaurant. He was waiting outside on the ramp for us as we taxied in to direct us to a parking spot, where he secured our aircraft and took us into the hangars to show us around. This was 45 minutes after they had closed! He then introduced us to Jennifer who was also very accommodating and courteous. These people go above and beyond and are now my FBO of choice around that area. HIGHLY recommended, A++!

The entire staff at Paris Air was very helpful. When we had an issue with the rental car company, the folks at Paris Air went the extra mile to get the situation resolved. Experienced line staff appreciates the needs of conventional gear aircraft. Friendly first class service.

Paris Air Rocks. The whole staff from Paris down to the cleaning lady are incredible. Go to Paris you won't be disappointed. Also as a sidenote, Keith is a great instructor, if you are looking to do any training in Vero Beach, Keith is the guy to go with.

Great place to rent a plane or to go to for flight instruction. Ask for Sandy, he is a great Instructor to go up with.

While enroute to Vero Beach for a 3-day Dodgertown vacation, my Skyhawk experienced vacuum failure and magneto problems. Flew in to Paris Air on a Saturday night and easily tied down. Sunday morning I called Paris Air and was extremely impressed with the hospitality of employee Alvin Arriola. Thank you for being there early Sunday, and thank you for your superior customer service and professionalism. Being accessible on a Sunday, diagnosing my airplane's problems before 10am on Monday and having the vacuum pump and magneto to finish repairs on the same day would be an impossibility for many aircraft maintenance shops, but I feel it is all in a day's work for Alvin, mechanic Fred Knerr, and Paris Air. Future trips to Vero Beach will always include keeping my airplane tied-down and fueled at Paris Air.

First class service (I was only in a Malibu) and very reasonable rates (no change for three nights parking since we bought fuel), you just have to see it for yourself. PS. This is a great base for your Bahamas trip, they have first hand knowledge.

Excellent service and a spotless, new facility. Called ahead of time and spoke with Alvin who was courteous and arranged for a rental car. Called a few minutes out from the air and Alvin met us with the rental car ready to go. This is certainly a first class facility where they go above an beyond to make the experience for the pilot and passengers excellent. Facility has WiFi internet access as well.

Flew in to KVRB on 10/13/2005 and departed on 10/17/2005. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the facility is spotless. They waive tie-down for a night with fuel purchase officially, but waived all four nights for me. This is one of the nicest operations I've visited and I'll definitely go back.
