Great little airport to stop in for affordable fuel. Quick service in a C-172 and if you like BBQ, I would suggest Log Cabin just down the road!

GREAT PEOPLE!!! Love to stop by and chat, especially with David (Airport Manager). Great place to stop by and grab a bite to eat, only a few miles away from town.

I would have expected more convenience. I flew in at 6:30pm to have dinner with a friend and possibly go for a quick flight with him, the guy at the desk informed me that I only had till 8:00pm till they closed and I wouldn't be able to get to my plane... So we rushed through dinner to make it back by 8pm, and no flight with my friend. I fly out of convenience, but when you spend top dollar to fly and things are less than convenient, it becomes an expensive hassle. Some FBO's will give you the code to the door to come and go as you please and some obviously do not. I understand in this post 9-11 world we need to be careful about security, but the small pilot community is still a good bunch of trustworthy people. Also if you are sensitive to cigarettes, the FBO smells like an ashtray inside. If you are looking for a cheap SS fuel stop on your cross country, it isn't too bad... But it didn't give me a receipt so be sure to bring a pen to write down the info.
