Excellent Service!!! I called ahead to check availability. I was asked what time I was expected to arrive and my tail number. To my surprise, after my departure time was delayed half hour, the car was on the ramp and ready to go. Kathareena took down all my information while I was securing and unloading the plane. I was off in no time and to lunch and other errands. When I was done, I called to let Kathareena I was returning. I pulled up to the plane a little check-in paperwork, and off I was.

I recently had a wonderful experience with FBO CAR. I knew I'd be on a tight schedule when I got to Big Bear -- 30 minutes after touchdown we had to be at Cedar Lake, about 20 minutes away from the airport. We e-mailed back and forth about a week in advance, so I knew exactly what they needed. When I got there, they were ready with a car, a portable credit card reader, and assistance with our baggage. I was off the tarmac less than 10 minutes after wheels down. What service! Worth much more than they charge for the car, and they are the least expensive rental I've had for about a decade. Don't taxi -- use FBO Car. They were equally as helpful the next morning, meeting me at 7:30am and assisting me with the luggage again. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. They don't monitor UNICOM, so make sure they know what time you are arriving in advance and they will be there with the car.

For the past two years, I've flown my son to chess camp. The question is how to get him and his camp stuff to the camp. Taxis are way to expensive as are most rental cars. That's where FBO Carriage comes in. They provide you with a clean car, at a reasonable price and have been waiting for us if I call ahead the day of the flight and give them our ETA. Great service, wished every airport had FBO Carriage.

We called a couple of weeks ahead of a weekend trip to reserve a car and explained we would be traveling with our 65lb. dog. We were told there would be no problem and she was right. I called a day before our arrival to confirm and found that we had been upgraded to a mini-van for no extra charge to make it easier to transport our Labrador. We called about 40 minutes before our landing and were greeted with the mini-van waiting on the ramp. When we were ready to leave a couple of days later, I gave them a call 20 minutes before we returned to the airport. Again, we were greeted at the car gate and led onto the ramp. FBO Carriage was great at taking care of us and were wonderfully accommodating of our dog Sport. They even put a couple of towels in the van so sport didn't get too much doggie hair on the seats of the new (8, 000 mile) Kia Sedona. Next time we go to Big Bear, we will certainly be giving FBO Carriage a call. Great service and great prices!

Personal, reliable service at a reasonable price? Yes, it still exists today and it can be found at FBO Carriage. Car is waiting for you on the ramp when you land. Easy check in and out. A pilot's dream.

Dealing with FBO Carrier and Rental, LLC was a delightful experience. Service is their name. They even helped us find a very nice place to stay at a very reasonable rate when we decided to stay over on a very busy weekend. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, I have rented from them several times and they are always waiting for me when I land. The car is delivered right to the plane. Rents by the hour or day.

Arranged the car rental a couple of days before arriving. As soon as we landed the rental car was delivered to our tie down spot. When we left the next day the car was picked up at the plane. Excellent service at a reasonable price. I can highly recommend.

This is exactly what Big Bear needed. Great service and good prices. Car drove up to plane as we were unpacking and they met us at the airport when we were ready to go. Clean and dependable basic transportation. I really hope they succeed.

Outstanding service! Was waiting for us on the ramp with an affordable rental car. Offers by the hour or per day rental rates. Much easier (and more pleasant) than the usual rental agencies. Waited to make sure my aircraft started and I taxied away before he left. Excellent customer service!!
