We had the pleasure of landing in Bolivar, TN due to weather bad weather. It was our first visit, but will not be our last. The first thing we noticed was how clean the facilities were. The bathrooms were spotless with amenities on par with the big city FBO's. Noticeably absent were vending machines..... The FBO provided complimentary refreshments in a refrigerator. The pilot's lounge was spotless as well. It had a very comfortable couch and a brand new recliner that we all fought over. The Airport Manager, Dennis O'Connor, CM has a passion for this airport and exemplifies customer service! Besides giving us an orientation of the facilities and a little background of the area, he assisted us with the new state of the art fueling system with both 100LL and Jet A. He offered us a courtesy vehicle if we needed it. I will definitely be back whenever I need a fuel or clean bathroom break enroute! Thank you!!

Friendly efficient service by Dennis. Courtesy vehicle (not spiffy, but functional) was available as I was told in telephone conversation the day before. The taxiway does not extend to south end of the runway: the photo at AirNav is correct; but airport diagram shown on approach plates is incorrect!

I flew into Bolivar to visit family. It was my first time to the airport. I spent the night and left the next day. Dennis O'Connor and Paul were very helpful with my stay. They made sure I was fueled and ready to leave the next day. I would recommend everyone to stop in and visit or stay.

Great service. They offered to fuel me (no extra charge) so I let them since we were between two 3 hour legs and needed to take a walk and use the facilities. Free soda, free breakfast bars, WiFi, cheapest gas on my route. Stopped on the return and had a picnic lunch. Will stop next time also.

This is a nice quiet little airport with cheap fuel. The FBO might not look like much, however they have big plans to expand. FBO Manager was extremely nice and drove me in his personal car to town for lunch since the courtesy car was in the shop. Great place and we will definitely stop back again.
