Flew into M54 so we could visit east Nashville. Upon landing they ushered us into a tiedown and brought our rental car out to us on the ramp. After helping us quickly secure the plane our fuel order was taken. Upon returning a few days later found all was well with the plane. Turned in our rental and off we went. Staff was just adequate (lineguy was more interested in his cell phone when we were there). I think I would use M54 if I were ever back in the area.

Stopped on the way to Sun 'n Fun on Tuesday due to poor weather to the southeast. Friendly welcome, quick refuel. The lineman heard we were staying and made a reservation before we even got the plane secured. (Best Value Inn. Two people, two beds, wifi, clean room for $47!) With weather coming in, they hangared the Light Sport. We had the crew car for two days waiting for the ceiling to lift. They let us do some work on the plane and helped with tools. Thursday brought the tornado to Lakeland, and with a window to get home late in the day, away we went. (We learned later that the spot where the plane was to be exhibited was in the middle of the havoc, so it would have been wrecked if we had made it there.) All the staff and locals chatted and took genuine interest. We were asked to email back that we made it OK. These folks are great. They really work at making you feel like you're their only customer. We were most impressed. I hope to be able to stop there again.

Visited the area for Thanksgiving. First rate FBO that treated us great. From the on arrival help parking at 5 minutes before closing to the offer to provide complementary overnight hangar space so we could get an early morning departure, everyone was great. Highly recommend RediAir!

Fantastic experience. Arrived unannounced for fuel and some grub. RediAir guys called us on Unicom to see if we needed gas and where we'd like to park. Ramper ran out caught the plane. Very friendly and helpful. Good airport car and directions to nearby Cracker Barrel. Will stop here again on next trip. If it works on your flight plan use these folks, good airplane people who want to run and FBO.

We have stayed over two different times in past six months to wait out weather at destination. Crew car has been available. Nice motel/hotel isjust across end of airport and a short drive. Very helpful and friendly folks who have a popcorn machine!

Great Service. I arrived 10 minutes to closing and the lineman didn't hesitate to make a sale. Glad to do business here

Flew in for a checkride. Great service! Avoid the busy BNA airport and save in ramp fees and low fuel costs.

Spent the weekend in M54 celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. I flew her up from LZU in my C182. Myron and his staff were fantastic hosts. They met mom, laid down the red carpet (which was blue) helped us with all our stuff and were very attentive to our needs. Gas price was excellent and the overnight fee was waved. Tiedown was provided. This FBO is 1st class. I would recommend it to anyone. It is not as fancy as some but no one beats their service and value. Thanks Myron!
