About 8 of us stopped by minutes before closing. They could not have been more accommodating, even though we just wanted coffee. I will be back for sure for a real meal.

New ramp and runway end work in progress. Too bad, ... Hope the runways don't get too long ;-) The place has a nice small town feel and the fuel prices are low for the area. Good food and friendly people. Bring your own chocks as the paved ramp has a significant crown.

What can I say this is home. I came to Cherry Ridge looking to learn to Fly I ended up with friends who care how I fly. If you love aviation and care what others think of the aviation community, this is the airport you hope all will associate aviation with. Visit Martha at the on field diner for good food and some laughs. If you need to fix your ride then Vinny and Bill will get it done. If they haven't experienced the problem before then it probably never happened. Need a CFII ask for Chris M. The best instructor you will ever fly with. He'll get you done quick, safe and cost effective. This is a great little airport all held together by Rick, there is so much personality at this strip it should be a reality show.
