Very nice stop, Airport has been there 60+ years as one of the few pvt owned public ones, Great fuel prices ($4.70 gal on 4-9-11). Good breakfast and lunch stop at the Golf Club on the north end. (Closed on Mondays) Bruce Watts will always go the extra mile for you.

The Yolo Flyers Club restaurant is a 5 minute walk from transient parking. Good food with a view of the golf course. Men need to wear a collared shirt to be served in the restaurant. There is also free popcorn near the bar area. Look for the old photos of pilots on the wall near the bathrooms.

The restaurant will serve any pilot as long as you wear a collar on your shirt (men). The info about club members only was incorrect. The restaurant is closed Mondays, open Tues thru Sunday. Tues thru Fri. 11 am until 2 PM Weekends 7-4. It is a great place to visit or stop over for fuel. Over night hanger storage is available at a VERY reasonable rate.

A nice quick stop for cheap ($4.28) self-service avgas. There's a picnic area near the fuel pumps, so we enjoyed a nice lazy summer afternoon at the airport. Haven't stopped by the club...When I called to inquire about the restaurant, they said it was for members and members' guests only.

The rest at the clubhouse is excellent. Bruce and his family have returned the airport to the friendly atmosphere it once had. They go out of their way to assist everyone and the fuel prices are the best in the area.

Departing O41 for training evening 5/6/10 had a flat nose wheel on runway, as I was starting take-off. Stopped and unable to remove AC from runway. Called main number and got through to Bruce. Bruce came out after hours and used large tug to tow me to tie-down area! Above and beyond. O41 is that kind of airport, and Bruce is amazing. Visit often! Fuel very reasonable.

We have visited several times recently and every visit is more than pleasant. Bruce Watts and his crew epitomize the term "above and beyond" with their service and attitudes. We look forward to being back!
