Customer service was absolutely wonderful in every way. We were greeted by several people. Pilots and passengers were given fresh, handmade leis (no plastic, all fresh flowers!), a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts, and Mai Tai's (for those not doing the flying). I have never received this kind of service and felt incredibly valued and taken care of. Our 4 rental cars were pulled up to the aircraft and line service unloaded our bags and put them into the cars. Everything was done with pride, a friendly face, and with great attention to detail. All I can say is that their service is unparalleled! Even the fuel price was the lowest on the field. I wouldn't even consider using someone else after this experience...What more could we possibly ask for? We operate a Citation X.
