Prineville is now one of my favorite stops in Oregon. Excellent customer service from Kelly. Great fuel prices from the pumps and the trucks (100LL and Jet). Great facility with after hours access to restrooms, kitchen, wifi, and computers.

We stopped for fuel during a very windy and turbulent day. The fuel price was as shown on AirNav, the equipment worked perfectly, the terminal building was very nice. We will stop again when in the area. While we did not interact with any staff during this visit, I have in the past and found them to be top notch. They understand "Customer Service".

Weather grounded and wanting to get home Kelly at the FBO made my experience a great one that I will not soon forget. Great facility great people my plane ended up in a hangar I ended up in a nice hotel in the courtesy car. It will now be a regular stop for me.

On May 24, 2012, because of deteriorating weather, I ended up having to spend the night in town. Another pilot was in the same situation, so Kelly (the FBO manager) put both of our planes in the hangar for overnight and let us use the courtesy car to go to a good hotel that he recommended. He was very helpful and is trying to encourage the use and growth of the airport.

Stopped after hours on Friday, purchased self service fuel (best price in Oregon), North terminal door code was listed on fuel display with purchase instructions, went inside, used the flight planning computer, very clean facility.

Very nice fuel stop. Good flight planning terminal. However, would second previous comment: There is now NO door combination box at the FBO at all. If you need "services", get there during attended hours.

Stopped by on Sunday evening 8-7-11 for refueling on our way back to the SF Bay Area. A very quiet airport. The 100LL self-serve pumps worked fine, although the FBO building was locked up tight. After you fuel up, the card machine tells you what the building entry code is, but despite using the code we still couldn't get in. No other restrooms were visible anywhere on the field. At least the fuel prices were good, though: $5.20 for avgas.
