Love this place! This is a great company! I visited several FBOs in the area (Pearland, La Porte...) and Tri-Star got my business because they are a straightforward, friendly company with decent rental rates, a laid-back atmosphere, and NO FUEL SURCHARGES! The aircraft (C-172) checkout process was simple and efficient and I got to deal with the owner from start to finish! Tri-Star seems to have tons hangar space available for transients, too. Their fuel prices are also pretty competitive. Look for the big orange hangars on the south side of the field. If I visit Houston again, Tri-Star will be my go-to FBO.
