I write very few reviews but the extraordinarily friendly and helpful nature of the airport personnel motivated me to take the time to tell others of my experiences. This airport is a gem and is a throwback to the days I remember of what a truly friendly GA airport is. Flying-in to visit #2 son in Orem for the first time I had to decide between PVU and U77. Lower fuel prices - check. Crew car check. Rental car availability - check. Overnight fees waived with gas purchase - check. Convenient transient parking - check. Friendly staff - double-check. Activities encouraging aviation in the local community such as EAA Young Eagles and open house days - check. It was well worth a 5 minute longer drive.

I come to the Provo area often and prefer this airport when I do... Here is why: Available crew car, 24/7 fuel at a good price, well maintained runway, no handling or airport or overnight parking fees, very pleasant and helpful airport manager and assistants.

Dave, the airport manager, personally greeted us with a warm welcome after we shut down. He then outlined the hospitality of Spanish Fork including the use of a very nice crew car for our overnight visit to Eagle Mountain. Compliments to Dave and a well run airport.

24-hour self-service fuel. Very helpful and friendly FBO. Allowed us to use courtesy car overnight until local Hertz branch opened in morning. Hertz is located just three blocks away. They are only open 8-5 M-F and didn't seem to want to leave car at airport or make arrangement for evening or weekend pickup.

This is a great VFR only alternative to Provo. No tie down fees and fuel priced right. Nice runway and well kept.
