Call ahead by phone with questions about the field, could not reach any person on both phone numbers. Left a message but call was not returned. Flew above the area and viewed a field that appeared in poor maintenance; could not identify any current activity. Decided to divert to another nearby field. I would advise caution - condition of the field is dubious. Response from Wayne Bentley, FBO Operator, Bentley Aviation I apologize to anyone who could not reach us at the airport over the past few months. No excuses to offer for our discourteous actions. We will strive to earn your business and visits to our airport from today forward. This is a brand new airport and the runway conditions are near perfect.

Stopped for fuel, no fuel available because of the road conditions into the airport, fuel supplier would not deliver fuel when the road conditions were poor. Very nice building and facilities, but no one working there that I could find, I walked all over looking for an employee or front desk person and no luck, even though the door was open. There were a couple of people sitting in the lounge area, but no one in any kind of uniform.

Had an engine problem on my Skymaster. Called Bentley before arrival. They had a selection of mechanics and Central Florida Aviation completed the work on time and correct. Had the bird cleaned and waxed at the same time. The self-serve is easy to use and available 24/7. Good stop and good service.

Arrived at 12:30PM on a Saturday. The terminal was completely deserted, fuel pump was inoperative. Rental car was there but no one to give us the keys. Finally found the keys in the glove box after an hour search. Enterprise charged an extra hour on the car despite the fact we had no keys. Fuel pump repaired by Monday. Nice terminal but zero service.

Arrived on 31 May 2008 and met promptly by Brokaw. They put me in a hangar for 7 days and rented my family a nice Caddy. On 7 June, they quickly retrieved the plane and had it ready in no time at all. Beautiful facilities, excellent service, and some of the nicest people you can meet. Thanks Brokaw and Mike. I hope to return soon.

Prior to arriving, I arranged to rent Bentley's C172L, N4314Q, for my wife & I to fly around the S.E. After she completed her conference in Orlando. On Saturday I arrived at X04 and had a combination BFR & checkride given by their instructor Brokaw. Nice new facilities, nice service! We picked up the plane on Tuesday afternoon & headed to GA. We flew back to X04 after closing time on the 8th. Even so, they provided us with a nice CTX Cadillac to drive to Lakeland for Sun 'n Fun. This is a first class operation!

We found Bentley on AirNav by researching fuel in Orlando area. We spoke to Michelle and she arranged a car for us for the 2-week period plus hangar space all at reasonable cost. On paper the runway is on the short side, which made me a little nervous but once there found it much easier than I was imagining. This is a place worth visiting GREAT PEOPLE AND SERVICE

This is one nice airport! Fuel price is reasonable with SS 24hr. The FBO is probably the nicest I've ever seen. Even my wife was impressed with the decor. Be aware that there are no outdoor tie downs but the large hangar is well worth the $20/night. I really appreciated not having to worry about the plane this weekend with the storms that blew through. The FBO is closed Saturday and Sunday but Brokaw, the local flight instructor, was there to offer assistance and hangar my plane. His phone number is on the fuel pump. I had a battery with a catastrophic failure while I was there and Roger from Aerotech Aircraft services was great. Had me ready to go in a couple of days (Next day shipping on the battery plus an overnight charge after adding the acid). IFR Clearance was picked up in the air from Orlando. Approach. I'll be back.

I was very impressed with my experience with Bentley Aviation this week. Upon my arrival Monday, just before closing, I was met by the FBO owners offering any assistance I might need. They had my airplane moved to a hangar before they left for the evening. Chris Johnson at Universal Air Service was happy to work my airplane in for an oil change (this is Thanksgiving week!) and when I was ready to leave Brokaw brought my plane out of the hangar and fueled it for me. The fuel prices are very reasonable and I feel their customer service is outstanding. Thank you Bentley Aviation-you know how to do it right!

Finally open, and it was worth the wait. I hardly recognized the place after the renovation. FBO nearing completion. Nice place for a quick stop or to stay overnight. Good price on self serve gas, and the first night in the hangar free with gas purchase. Fast friendly, helpful service as well. Look forward to visiting again soon.
