STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Go to the west side. Pulled guarantee price from AirNav at 1000 local: $4.29 printed it. Went out of my way (60 miles) as the price was worth it. Got to pump. Now $4.55. Brought paperwork in. Manager accused me of being a troublemaker. He refused to honor price. Said he could change it anytime he wanted. Had him go to site to look up "guarantee" He had changed the price 1+20 before I got there. Still refused to honor the guarantee stating: "I can change the price anytime I wanted to." He continued to accuse me of being a troublemaker. BAD ATTITUDE, BAD BUSINESS. I will not go to that airport for gas again. Response from Joe Griffin, Manager/Director, Sebastian Municipal Airport Mr. Rosenthal's comments on 23 March 2011 are out of line. He verbally abused the receptionist on-duty over a price increase that was in place apparently while he was airborne. I 'invited' him to my office to show him, in writing, the chance that the price could change anytime. Had he not been so abusive to our receptionist, I might have changed the price back for him.

Flew into Sebastian Airport (N4567J) and decided to try the City this time. I was very pleased with their service. The woman behind the counter was very helpful. I did not buy any gas but they still treated me great! I will be back, please give them a shot. Two courtesy cars located outside FBO. Check out Capt's Hiram’s Sandbar for a relaxing drink on the water! Response from Joe Griffin, Manager/Director, Sebastian Municipal Airport Mr. Dill's comment on 16 Nov 10 is very nice but PLEASE be advised that the city does NOT have/run a FBO---nor does the city offer a package of typical FBO services. In addition, the city/airport admin. Building is staffed M-F 0800-1700 only. It is really an office building housing LoPresti Aviation, NationAir Insurance, REMOS USA, and the airport manager's office. For REAL FBO services at X26/Sebastian, please visit Sebastian Aero Services on the West side of the field. 772-589-0800. It is newly 'overhauled' w/very friendly people. Joe Griffin, Airport Manager

Outstanding! My wife and I flew our 172 into Sebastian for a day visit in late April. Joe Griffin couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Especially since the FBO was closed that day. I won't divulge the substance of the kindnesses, which Joe showered on us, in case it becomes an expectation by anyone visiting in the future (including myself), but the welcome and the generosity was exceptional. Many thanks again!

There is a courtesy car on the South side of the field by the SS pump. This is operated by the City of Sebastian. Probably best to call Joe Griffin in advance for use of the car out of normal City hours at 772-633-0151
