I have used Sterling to maintain my Arrow over the last year, and I am very pleased w/the results. Don (the service manager) actually returns phone calls (instead of needing to be chased). Andreas does great work (although he is obviously very busy. Louis does a great job chasing parts. And of course, they are one of the last avionics shops remaining in the area. When people ask about my airplane, I point them to Sterling. Thanks, folks.

Sterling is awesome, I go there every week and they always have everything ready and fuel my helicopter and to the windows!! Great service from a great group of people! Highly recommended.

Sterling reminded us what an FBO should be, coming back from AOPA EXPO. We got stranded with strong winds and heavy showers. The attendant not only helped us but ordered food for us when our wait turned from 30 min quick turn to 3 hour wait on a Saturday night. He stayed with us until 9 pm even though they were supposed to close at 6:30. Highly recommend their services.

Great fuel price and service. They also have one of the best Avionics Shops in the Bay Area. CCR has a very high incidence of R/way incursions. If you're not familiar, best to get progressive taxi instructions.

Flew up on Jan 24 and had to do a quick turn. They had the rental car waiting for my father-in-law and had me fueled practically before I finished getting him loaded into it and pointed in the right direction. Great service, I'll be back.
