Arrived at CCR late on a Sunday. Excellent service. Departed on the following Tuesday. Did not (need to) purchase any fuel. When I went to check out (Mrs.?) Sterling waived any ramp fees. Next time back I will top those tanks.

I dropped an aircraft on them at the last minute with a request for an annual. They gladly accepted the plane, and completed the annual. They kept me informed of what maintenance items needed to be done and on the progress they were making. Very accommodating! Very friendly staff and I got to know everyone on a first name basis very quickly. Additionally, they take care of anyone who parks on their ramp -- they even keep track of who parks in their parking lot. They have informed me of a flat tire on my car, inflated it for me, and also gave me a ride to town. Awesome FBO!

I regularly stop at Sterling when going to and from the SF bay area. The people are friendly, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking. It seems you never wait for fuel. The place is family owned and cared for. You can feel relaxed and comfortable. Compared to other FBO in both the SF bay area and the west at large, I recommend Sterling.

PA24 although there was no lineman outside to park us, once we entered the office, the service and personal attention could not have been better. Eager help with our backbreaking load of luggage, prompt and skillful fuel service, and transportation provided for our round trip to the hotel. And the fuel price is lower that the competing FBO. If you don't meet Lois while there you have missed a real treat.

I have used Sterling to maintain my Arrow over the last year, and I am very pleased w/the results. Don (the service manager) actually returns phone calls (instead of needing to be chased). Andreas does great work (although he is obviously very busy. Louis does a great job chasing parts. And of course, they are one of the last avionics shops remaining in the area. When people ask about my airplane, I point them to Sterling. Thanks, folks.

Sterling is awesome, I go there every week and they always have everything ready and fuel my helicopter and to the windows!! Great service from a great group of people! Highly recommended.
