It's never a doubt you'll be taken care of by the employees at Tiffin Aire. Whenever I'm around I make a point to stop by and grab something to eat with a crew car. Not to mention the fuel prices are generally the best in the area.

Tiffin Aire has performed annuals on our club's Piper arrow for several years. Great team that performs with attention to detail. Customer service is excellent. Mr. Neumann's mechanics catch issues that other mechanics sometimes miss. They keep the owner in the loop with timely updates. I highly recommend Tiffin Aire for annuals, repairs and pre-purchase inspections. Nice FBO just to hang out at too.

Phenomenal FBO! I called ahead and arrived just as they were closing. Brad, the owner, came out and pumped my gas and showed me to a tie-down. He offered me a clean, new truck for a courtesy car, no BS or forms/waivers needed! They have nice couches, a clean shower for pilots, and super hospitable service. Coffee in the morning. I'll definitely stop here again!

Outstanding experience. We stopped here going to and from AirVenture and was very impressed with all aspects of their customer service. Courtesy cars, close restaurants and a friendly family owned and run business. I needed to stay overnight due to bad weather in Delaware and they helped me make reservations (including FBO discount) and get to the hotel. I will go out of my way to stop there again.

Brad Newman is the airport manager. He is a class act and does an excellent job of training his staff. I always get treated with respect when I visit. They also have competitive prices on oil and other things I need to maintain my airplane.

Great experience. Low price full service fuel during business hours. Nice, now that it's getting chilly outside. Credit card self serve at the same low price after hours. Andrew was fueling today. He also works at the propeller shop. He gave me a tour of the clean, well appointed, beautiful shop. Designated Pilot Examiner Brad Newman on the field gives a good checkride along with the latest hot items applicable to the fast changing system we are working with.

Stopped in for the cheap gas but found much more. Lineman served up 100LL promptly and with a smile- even offered us a car to head into town for some human fuel. We didn't take them up (we had just had our PB&J... Oops) but would definitely be back. Perfect stop.

Fast, friendly, attentive service. Very clean and neat airport overall. Open roomy full service FBO with plenty of amenities. Shower. Courtesy car available after hours with notice. Competitive low fuel prices.

I landed for fuel and a quick turn. Very friendly reception, offer of a courtesy car, and low price gas made for a wonderful stop. The office is clean and bright, and all facilities are excellent. I highly recommend this airport, and will stop again when the option arises.
