It’s clear, from the numerous positive comments from Cessna Citation customers, Derrick and his team are exceptionally well-equipped to deliver superior customer service for Citation aircraft. Derrick’s broad aviation background is extremely valuable, making DSA a stand-out company in the field. The board at Cessna is confident that DSA’s involvement with Citation customers is a win-win, as they provide an unmatched experience that always leaves the client pleased.

Derrick has done the inspection and acceptance for my Mustang. Smart guy, great experience. He knows the difference between a real problem, and just picking on something insignificant. That makes him a good compromise for both buyer and seller.

I took delivery of a new CJ4 earlier this month and have to say that, once again (he helped with my CJ3 acceptance nearly 9 years to the day), Derrick was spot on. While there were no major issues, he honed in on even the most minor items that needed to be addressed, mainly paint, that took Cessna about two days to resolve. The fact that he knows the people at Cessna, knows the plane inside and out and knows what actions are necessary to resolve any issue make this support well worth the expense.

Thought I would share this and recommend anyone thinking they might go it alone, reconsider and use DSA.
