- SHEPPARD AFB ATCT WILL DENY NON-BASED AIRCRAFT ENTRY INTO SHEPPARDS CLASS D AIRPACE WHEN MILITARY FLT TNG IS IN PROGRESS AT SHEPPARD AFB.
- EXTREME CARE MUST BE EXERCISED DUE TO THE PROXIMITY OF SHEPPARD AFB AND THE HIGH-PERFORMANCE MILITARY JET TFC IN THE VICINITY OF 4- SHIPP ARPT. ALL OPERATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED UNDER VFR AND SEE AND AVOID PROCEDURES APPLY AT ALL TIMES.
