Good service and experience. Left my iPad at the FBO. When I called about it, Jalil said "yes, it was there" and that since he lived not to far from Teterboro (where I had re-positioned to) he would be glad to drop it off at my hotel on his way home (he proactively offered this on his own as a way of jumping in there and solving my problem). Thank you Jalil!

Excellent service and experience at Monmouth Jet Center. Jodi took care of our hotel reservations at the Double Tree in Tinton Falls and our mini van car rentals. We received the FBO rate for both which saved us hundreds of dollars. Line staff offered to help us put on our aircraft cover on our Piper Aztec (in 20 kt winds) and parked us on the payment near the FBO. Over the years different FBO management has been present but this group is definitely impressive. Would recommend on your next trip to central New Jersey!

Arrived in a light single and was treated as if I'd flown heavy iron. A quick call on the radio got two linemen out to the ramp to direct me to parking, and they were fueling me before I was done locking up the plane. The team at the counter was super friendly and already had my car rental paperwork done, so I was on my way just a few minutes after walking in the door. 15 minutes later I was on the boardwalk at Asbury Park. Landing fee was waived with 10-gallon fuel purchase. No other fees, and the fuel price was reasonable for a full service FBO so close to NYC.

Good experience overall. Contacted several airports in the area last month about a potential family trip and Monmouth Jet Center responded promptly with much better hotel and rental car rates than I could get on my own. Saved us about $1000 over a 3-night stay. $50 landing fee was waived with fuel purchase. Overnight parking fee wasn't mentioned in the fees when they replied to my message so there was an extra $30/night (Aztec) that I wasn't expecting. We still saved money overall and the airplane was topped off before arriving for our departure as requested. The Enterprise rental car was brought to the airplane when we shut down in the parking area. Enterprise charged a few dollars more before taxes & fees than I was originally quoted by MJC and they charged us for an extra 24-hour period. I am waiting on Enterprise's response to those issues.

This FBO has really gone down hill. I frequently traveled to BLM and Monmouth Jet as both a student pilot and a newly minted PPL. During the day in 2014/15, they rolled out the red carpet (quite literally!) for me in a 172. They parked me under the overhang and waived parking fees. I've since moved to Texas and recently embarked on a 4,500 nm cross-country trip. I stopped in at Monmouth Jet and it calling the service subpar would be a compliment. When we arrived they marshaled us into a grassy area with loose gravel - not great for any prop plane! They were rude and barely asked about what services we needed. Upon arriving two days later, it was clear we were a nuisance in their FBO - not sure why - I was just trying to pay - last I checked my money is still green! Today they were doing construction on the tarmac around where our 182 was parked - I inquired about how we were to exit and was told, "turn left or right." Given the constructions and the lack of jets, I should've expected.
