Great service and friendly people! I'd called ahead for tie-down information for 4 days, they advised me to call them on 129.8 when 10 minutes out, I did, and they sent a FollowMe to take me to tie-downs, and the line guys even tied us down. On returning they had the plane fueled and waived the tiedown fees. Very nice treatment for only being a Bonanza!

Easy arrival in our DA40. Marshaled to a parking spot, and rental car promptly brought planeside. One night parking fee ($9) waived with fuel purchase. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The level of care at Western Aircraft goes above and beyond what is expected or required. I was stranded due to a pop up thunderstorm and Kim, Joe, and Alicia were all so kind and helpful. They turned a stressful and frustrating situation into a pleasant one by helping us to find a good deal on a hotel and looking for a lost key. I would recommend Western Aircraft to any of my friends in aviation.
