Another option to get to downtown Boston is the SL1 Silver Line - free service to South Station - picks up at arrivals curb. This Bus Rapid Transit - so works like a bus but travels on a dedicated path like a train. For the Blue line- take one of the free Massport shuttle buses: Route 22, 33, 55, or 66 - to AIRPORT Station. At the Station, you will need to buy a ticket (currently $2.40) - then you can travel/connect to anywhere on the MBTA - "T" system around Boston.
