We had a charter drop off and pickup at Jet Aviation @BZN. We had previously requested their fees before use. After we got the required fuel to offset the facility fee they still snuck in an "Event Fee". What's more, our passenger had a lot of baggage, and it was not until we carried most of it into the FBA that the linemen showed up with a baggage cart. Not great service at all.

I was in Jet Aviation with a Taylor Craft. I had to practically buy my airplane back. The fees were practically equal to the cost of fuel. Your fuel prices are the highest on the field. The Ala carte of fees were stifling. Down the ramp, the other two FBOs don't charge me for any fees. I buy fuel every time from all FBOs. The staff was excellent. I had 5 line personnel surround me to assist. Very impressive. The CSR was very friendly and helpful. I was very compelled to tip them all.
