The young lady working the front desk on July 30th deserves a raise. She represented Signature very well and provided the best customer service I've ever received at any FBO. Furthermore, the lines guys were great ... They had us fueled on time and the aircraft was pulled up front waiting on us.

Signature at CHS has always gone above and beyond to provide me with excellent service every time I go there.

Top notch service for a 172 and an overnight stay. Rental car idling on the ramp when I taxied in. They were even good enough to mail my wife's handicap placard after we left it in the car. Super clean and comfortable lounge area that we took advantage of while waiting for the weather to clear. Positive experience all around.

There were some strong thunderstorms and winds forecasted during my stay with straight-line winds gusting to 70. I was worried about my little 182 because there are no tie-downs on the apron. Neither Atlantic nor Signature has actual tie-downs since they cannot "modify" the military-owned apron. I asked if they could hook my plane up to a parked tug during the winds, and they agreed after telling me it'd be at my own risk. I was happy that Signature was willing to work with me to find something sold in which to tie my plane. Surely a 70-mpg gust would have put my plan on her nose. The fees were reasonable for a class Charlie airport and Signature. I believe the single-engine charges were $23 per night overnight fee, first night free with seven gal purchase; $39 infrastructure fee waived with seven gal purchase; fuel was expensive but was $0.50 off on weekends. The ramp agents were prompt, courteous, and professional. The rental car was pulled up to my plane as soon as I arrived.

Had to go down Sunday, service was awesome. The rental car was on the ramp, plane was fueled on my return, .50 cents per gallon off for weekend discount, and everyone was very nice. Thank you to everyone at Signature for making our trip so enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

We fly into CHS several times a month and Signature has always given great service. Rental desk in the FBO. They always give good restaurant and hotel suggestions. Military folks in tower and approach are friendly and efficient. Only 2 miles from major hotels, restaurants and historical sites.

We arrived at KCHS on 9-26-18 for the annual Aerostar Convention. We were greeted by the most professional group of employees I have ever met at any facility anywhere. Our rental car (which could not have been cleaner both inside and out) was brought right up to our plane just as I was shutting down the engines. Our plane was moved with what appeared to be an almost brand new tug with a caster wheel ramp. I did not have to worry about my nose wheel collar being broken by a line person exceeding the nose wheel steering limits. It was just not possible with the type of tug they were using. The Signature facility was one of the nicest if not the nicest facilities we have ever been in with employee service and presentation that matched. After four nights I took on approximately 100 gallons of fuel. Total cost for all four nights including fuel and discounts totaled $554.48. Given the level of service we received, even without the discounts it was worth it. Nice job Signature.

We flew our Tiger into CHS for a 2 night visit to the area. Line service was prompt, courteous and informative. The facility is first class as should be expected at these rates and we were not made to feel like lepers for having arrived in a piston single. We chose CHS over LRO knowing it would be pricier, however even with them waiving the $39 "handling charge" and one night's ramp fee ($34) and giving a weekend discount on fuel, I can only consider this as a pretty expensive stop. A bill approaching $300 for 36 gallons of 100LL and parking a plane on concrete pad with no tie down for 48 hours is a tad much even considering the convenience factor.. We requested but were unable to get the plane in a hangar overnight and were informed they do not have tie downs. Leaving a plane chocked on an open ramp during thunderstorm season is not particularly comforting. That fact alone would cause me to choose LRO in the future when there is any chance of unsettled weather.

What a fantastic FBO experience! We were chasing weather to Sun n Fun in our 1959 Piper Tri-Pacer and decided that CHS would be a good place to set down for the night. To start with, the linemen parked us right up front, were super friendly and very curious about our airplane. They were helpful with our bags and offered us a great price on hangar for the night. It only got better as we went inside and were greeted by warm hellos and continued excellent service. The CSR hooked us up with a hotel, made sure we had transportation and even enrolled us in the fuel program, all with a big smile. Like most rag wing guys, I tend to shy away from the big FBO chains but I really felt as though they were happy to have us and I'm really looking forward to returning to Signature CHS and spending more time in that great city.

Ashley is awesome! We needed the crew a few minutes extra and she was so nice about it.

Very nice folks and facility at Sig CHS. However, we had a major breakdown in communications. For those of you who are CAA, be very careful. When I mentioned CAA, I was told, "fees are waived, no minimum fuel". We came and went without fueling. Next day, my boss gets a call saying we owed over $600. When I called in an attempt to straighten it out, I was told that for CAA, "fees are waived, no minimum fuel" ... "but you have to buy some fuel, no matter how little". That sounds like a minimum fuel purchase to me. I spoke with the manager, and he halved the bill. If I had any leverage, I would have insisted on sticking to what I was told ... But I did not. Let me be clear that I don't begrudge the fuel purchase requirement ... I just feel their policy was NOT clearly stated to me.
