My son and I flew into Dickinson to tour the badlands and to see the Theodore Roosevelt Library. The service provided by Western Edge Aviation was first class. Although we arrived in a 1975 Cessna 177RG (Cardinal), Travis made us feel as though we had just landed in one of the corporate jets that was parked nearby. He pulled our rental car to our plane, so we could directly transfer our luggage without a long walk. He also provided valuable information and support in our preparation to see the library. Finally, demonstrating an extra level of understanding of the costs and safety involved in fuel management, Travis deliberately postponed refueling the Cardinal until just before we were ready to depart. This was so the fuel wasn't wasted through the vent tubes as it expanded in the tanks over two days in the North Dakota heat. Western Edge is a model for the way that an FBO should be operated and managed.

We changed destination to DIK midflight, and without notice Travis was all ready to marshal us into parking when we landed. He quickly found out what services we needed and was happy to help. FBO building is great, and the genuine courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness extended to my family in our little 4-seater was greatly apprediated.

I fly into Dickinson a lot with multiple different entities, and Western Edge is one of the best FBOs I've been to Travis and the rest of the staff are always courteous. Even after hours, I never have to wait long for fuel. Crew car is available.

Called while enroute and was met with a crew car, ours to use overnight. Rapid service to top off and friendly, competent service all around. Excellent smooth runway, clean concrete, easy four miles from town with all major chains. Even a lunch recommendation! Great experience would recommend.

Tanner helped us feel so welcome when we first landed. He is a real professional and so friendly. Travis, the manager inspires a wonderful crew here, and we the customers all win. Western Edge set us up with one of their own rental vehicles, which was very convenient. We loved our stop here and hope to return to Western Edge Aviation at KDIK.
