We had a Quick Turn at the Fargo Jet Center in the middle of the night and we had great customer service by Dave Spooner and Andrew. They did a great job of taking care of the passengers, crew, and aircraft to facilitate a quick easy stop. Looking forward to next time!

Spoooonie!!!! And Andrew Hodges!! You two are the legends!! I am a captain at Sierra West Airlines & last night, met two people that left a very lasting impact on my life. My FO & I landed in Fargo around 0100 in the morning while it was roughly around -28°F (12/12/2022)!!! While my FO and I were freezing, Spooner and Hodges did absolutely everything they possible could to comfort and help us load freight in the miserable and blistering cold! While one thing went wrong after the other, our metro líners cargo door struts broke, and while toes and fingers were numb, Spooner came out w a 9 ft pvc pipe to lock the jam the door open while Hodges spent an hour helping me push 708 pound pallets to the front or the plane from the back. 3.5K pounds total! These men are angels. Truly amazing hospitality they have shown. Giving us hot hands, helping us be warm any way possible. These two souls truly are the airports greatest and longest gift! Bless you two, especially for helping us to warm up.

Dave Spooner and Andrew Hodges went above and beyond to help our needs. Without hesitation they both helped load our aircraft as well as get our fuel and other service needs in a more than timely manner. Was one of several aircraft staging thru Fargo for a trip to northern Canada. Fargo Jet Center could not have been better or more accommodating hosts including having our rental car ready for us when we arrived shortly before Midnight. Just a pleasant experience.

Stopped in for fuel and a quick bite to eat. Super nice facility. Both the line folks and the front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Used the courtesy car to go into town for lunch. I'll be back.

I don't frequently visit FAR but get great service from Fargo Jet Center when I do. Luke H and his crew parked us a fair distance from the building, but that was to protect us from a Global that was just firing up. We fueled in place and after Luke and his crew cheerfully moved us next to the building to accommodate our elderly passengers. While fueling, I observed Luke do some OTJ training with a recent hire - very thorough, very safe, very professional. Kudos!
