I had an unexpected incident where my wingtip became damaged upon arrival at FOK. Unfortunately, I was unable to cruise back home with said damage so I was stuck in a bad place with no contingency plan. I called Sunrise Jets hoping they had some sort of solution. Within minutes they sent Wayne out to help me. He was an absolute god sent; he assessed the damage and quickly came up with a plan and found a replacement wingtip to put on my 172 to get me back home. All in all, his quick service and friendly expertise got me on my way back home after only a few hours. He also gave me some snacks and water for the trip back home since I never had the opportunity to have breakfast at the cafe. Hopefully, I will be able to go back and visit the friendly staff under better circumstances.
