There for a quick stop on 4/10/26. Paid the ramp fee. Line service triple chocked the wheels of a 200. I moved all three chocks on my own when I left. Typical Signature. Next day I look at the receipt and see they had charged almost $600 for a KA 200. Call the front desk and girl behind counter says that they had made a mistake and refunded. Cool, then girl seems to expect me to help collect the right amount. I'm a contract pilot, don't have the card. Girl gets annoyed when I say I won't help. I'm a contract pilot, but don't have the planes credit card, and that's your job to get paid. Also, just use one set of chocks if you're going to make me move them

Nice FBO with great location on-field and in-town. Easy taxi regardless of which runway you are assigned. Line staff was quick to help us with fuel and appropriately chocked the plane and put out safety cones. Two courtesy cars available, and for us, was great to have Home Depot, Target, Hobby Lobby, Best Buy, Sodi's, and multiple restaurants within a mile drive. We were "in-town" to get some much needed shopping done and couldn't have been more convenient for us. Crew at Signature was outstanding. I know many times Signature gets bad reviews for excessive charges, but that wasn't our experience at Fort Smith. We purchased fuel and the handling charges were forgiven. If you come in on a weekend, they do offer a $.50 discount on fuel for GA pilots.
