Stopped in for first time visit, based upon such great comments about their services. Was immediately greeted on ramp and front desk by staff taking pride in their profession in a beautiful new building. Just a passenger pickup on our Piper Malibu (N43605) and they informed no fees for visits up to 1 hour!! Wow, we'll return any chance we get, next time in our Citation S550/N616TG!

I stopped here for an overnight visit after finding Cornerstone closed. I got great service, brand new courtesy car, and nice staff. Great facility too.

We fly a lot and this is my first time to American Aero...I haven't seen an FBO really pop out like this and especially take care of their customers like they do. THIS IS THE TRUE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can tell they went the extra mile with snacks, drinks, ice cream, chairs, and TV etc. To make sure passengers and crew feel welcome. This is NOT your typical FBO where they just have popcorn, water, mints and coffee. Nice job American Aero!! We will definitely be back!

WOW! This FBO is amazing. I arrived late at night in the pouring rain in a Cirrus, and I was courteously marshaled in by two linemen. Before I could open my door there was a front desk agent standing there with a big umbrella! The crew car was already pulled up to the plane, saving me a walk in the rain. The ladies at the front desk were all extremely friendly and helpful, and they set me up with a hotel and gave me local restaurant and attraction info. The crew car was a brand new luxury Volvo SUV and it was free to use overnight. Every person that I encountered at American Aero was fantastic! I wish every FBO were like this one! Best service I've ever received, anywhere! Thank you!

We stopped at American last week in our C-210 on an Angel Flight mission. We requested and received a quick fueling and turn around, Angela and the line guys gave us fantastic service. The snacks were even healthy and they gave us an Angel Flight fuel discount. This is a great FBO!

American Aero is always my first choice at Meacham! There are always smiling faces greeting you on the ramp regardless of what size airplane you are in. This FBO truly knows how to make you feel special!
