Thom installed a projector bulb in my Sandel SN 3308 HSI. I described the problem over the phone and Thom got the part ordered and we scheduled the appointment. The repair went great, no surprises! Thom made it easy. The HSI now works and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Thom!

WOW! The best service and competency in the industry. Thom and his crew installed dual G-5's last year and followed up with new GTN750xi this past month. Work was accomplished expertly with no squawks. Integration with my S-Tec 60-2 autopilot in my Bonanza Debonair was seamless. If you want the best installation right the first time, then Thom Duncan Avionics will deliver.

Outstanding install of G-5s in L-19 and autopilot repair in Super Viking.

Thom and Kevin did my Aspen 1000 MAX PFD upgrade - quality work at the price they promised, and worked around their busy schedules to get me in when the winds were better for the cal flight. Cannot recommend highly enough; would give six stars if possible.

Five stars!!! I cannot say enough good things about Thom Duncan. He has done much of the work on my Solitaire, both during my ownership, as well as during the years it was owned previous to my purchasing it in 2011, and I have been extremely happy with the quality, workmanship and Professionalism. Most recently, I had a serious issue with my autopilot- it would not engage at all in flight, (but tested fine on the ground checks). Due to my being situated in New England I was unable to get the plane down to Thom this time, but over the course of the last two weeks through multiple phone calls back-and-forth he methodically walked me through a systematic troubleshooting process until we finally found the cause. Thom took the time out of his busy day multiple times for me, even on weekends, to take my calls and patiently help me get to the source of the problem, (all at no charge I might add). I highly recommend Thom Duncan for any avionics related work you might need.

Thom is professional, experienced, and very focused on getting it right the first time. I had a pretty minor issue with the altimeter on my Aspen PFD but he treated me more than just another customer. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Thom offered fly-In and wait service for a 2-3 hour repair. Repair completed as scheduled. These guys are very customer focused. Asked for my input as the user and were extremely accommodating. No hidden charges, no surprises. I'll gladly fly "a little out of the way" to experience Thom Duncan Avionics again!

Thom and his crew do excellent work. Their quality and dedication to customer satisfaction is second to none. They finished our repair in a timely manner and had us back in the air with no problems. That assurance is worth every penny! Love the new location at KFYM. Their hangar and office is on the South side of the tarmac.
