An utterly phenomenal experience @ KIER yesterday: Our quick-turn in a Twin Comanche was going well enough, thanks to the super-friendly & helpful folks here, but it quickly turned into a crisis when an engine wouldn't start & battery drained. The City/FBO team sprung into action to assist (cables, tractor, etc) during trouble-shooting, and ultimately guided us to the A&P/shop on-field who dropped everything to help as well! Everyone stayed with us, in sweltering 90+ degree heat, for hours until the issue was thankfully resolved (only thanks to the exceptional support here!) & got us on our way! Anything less, and we would have been literally stuck. THANK YOU, and while I have occasionally dropped in before (fuel, lunch/car, etc), KIER just became my definite go-to EVERY time I'm in the area or passing thru!
