Customer service is not very good. Line was good but understaffed. Our original trip cancelled and the Avis car for crew was delivered, and CSR did not cancel it even though they were told the trip was cancelled. When we arrived for a quick turn on a later trip, they brought out the car even though they were told we were a quick turn on fuel... Rental car but no fuel truck! Line didn't seem aware of our quick turn. They were also too busy to assist with luggage (understaffed). Front desk agent seemed new and not much experience. We saved about .12 per gallon vs other FBO on field but will be going back to them as we had a better experience there on a previous visit.
