Flew in on a Sunday to go to a Jacksonville Jaguars game. When I landed, I was met by 3 very helpful ramp agents that went out of their way to make us feel welcome in my C182. I asked them for 15 gallons per side and told them I'd be back in 4 or 5 hours. When I got back, the plane was fueled and ready to go, and they gave me $0.50/gallon discount without me asking for it. The fuel is a bit pricey and the ~ $14 landing fee is a bit unusual, but Sheltair is worth it.

I came into this FBO expecting the worse. I am used to having to carry my passengerís bags and clear out my aircraft. Upon arrival I was met by 2 guys who were really friendly. Was gassed up right away and the line guys took care of all the bags. One even getting into the bin and stacking it up, his name was Phil. By far the best FBO experience and my first visit to a Sheltair. These guys are top of the line!

Had to divert to KJAX after being unable to get into KSGJ because of low ceilings. The staff at Sheltair provided us a warm welcome and did an excellent job providing us hangar and a rental car. The CAA fuel price was excellent and the hangar overnight charge was very reasonable. We returned the following morning to pickup the aircraft and it was fueled and on the line. I highly recommend Sheltair to anyone stopping at Jax👍

We were a party of two couples flying a Cirrus SR22T. The line staff met our plane and quickly unloaded our bags into the rental cars that were parked on the ramp. Inside, the building was clean, neat and stocked with fresh snacks. The service and the facility are outstanding.

I needed to drop off my wife at Jax so that she could attend a conference. I feared the worst flying into this large airport with my Mooney, expensive ramp fees, waiting an hour to get gassed up - you know the drill. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Upon arrival I was marshaled into position, at which time the guys on the ramp took my fuel order, which for me was only eight gallons. I walked into the beautiful Sheltair building and checked in at the desk where a very friendly lady greeted me. The plane was gassed up in less than ten minutes, and other than a mandatory $14 landing fee, I was on my way with a cold bottle of water and no ramp fees. This outfit is a class act. Now compare Sheltair to Signature, which sits only a few hundred feet away and wanted a $45 ramp fee. Way to go Sheltair.

Flew to Jax from WV this past weekend. I always use Sheltair. All the folks at Sheltair (line crew and desk ladies) always treat me as if I'm driving a G5 instead of a Piper Cherokee. Itís a nice token when you walk inside (from the 105 deg outside) and the ladies great you "Welcome back Mr. Xxx" as they hand you bottles of cold water. I hadn't been to Jax in nearly a year so they must have taken the time to look up my airplane number. The facilities are modern with fuel tolerable (for a larger airport). Sheltair has great class and will always be my stop when I come to Jax.
