Arrived 2am the other night and was greeted with the most friendly and helpful young lady! We were even given a ride to the local hotel after she helped us. Upon departure the young lady that met us at 2am was graciously helping us on our departure at 2pm. What a trooper, give this girl a raise! Awesome staff and very nice facility. Would love to come back here!!!!

I had to spend half a day in Little Rock. The personnel are outstanding. Everyone was attentive and made our visit easy and pleasant. Thank you. We will be back.

Flew to Little Rock with my family to evacuate FL Panhandle after Hurricane Michael hit our area directly in October (lived in Little Rock for 6.5 years and had friends we could stay with). The staff at Lynx was incredible. They waved some of the fees because of our situation and were kind and compassionate. Very nice people.

After our previous experience Jeff reached out to our company and gave reassurance that the issues we experienced had been dealt with and corrective action was taken so that we would not have a negative experience with Lynx moving forward. So far, our company has made a follow up medevac trip in the middle of the night and the line service person was waiting on us when we landed, treated our pilot and crew very well, and gave our company a very positive experience. I think it is important to understand that negative experiences are inevitable and a company can be accurately measured by the length to which they go to correct the problem and earn business back moving forward. Lynx has done that for us.

Was a long time customer of Fly Arkansas since the other FBO on field decided to constantly charge a ramp fee. Even though we are a based Med Evac Company at another airport where they are also located. Loved Fly Arkansas, flew in at least 2-3 times per week, mostly in the middle of the night and never had any issues. Last night we flew in and found out that Lynx decided to no longer be open 24/7. Landed with a critical patient on board. Called the after hours number 3 times with no answer. Finally had to resort to hand cranking the drive through gate open so we could get the patient to the ambulance. Then the night lineperson finally called back. The ambulance and my med crew went to ACH, transferred care of the patient, returned to Lynx. I hand cranked the gate closed, loaded up and had the engines turning before the night shift showed up. Will probably have to go back to the other FBO on field now. Very disappointed.

Visited this FBO multiple times with no issues. Comfort Inn is located nearby. FBO can drop you off and the hotel can return you to the FBO. Service is good.

First time flying into Little Rock. Jeff Miller and his team responded to every email and phone call very quickly. Their folks were very friendly and efficient, and responded to my every request / need with enthusiasm. And I'm flying my humble little Archer, not a fancy TBM or biz-jet. An outstanding experience, one of the best I've had. Will always use Lynx when flying into LIT and hope to use them elsewhere as well.

Lynx at KLIT always has excellent service! I've never had a hiccup with anything when there. We fly in 10-12 times a year and they always remember how we want things done and who we are. It's just less worry and work for me knowing that they've taken care of the details, and correctly. They go the distance without ya having to ask. Thank you guys for all your hard work!
