Made my semi annual trip to KLUV 3/29/23. Stopped for excellent priced fuel. FBO building is clean and well stocked. This airport provides everything. A pilot needs without big airport hassles. I stopped here both coming and going to S. Texas.

Made my semi annual stop again at KLUV. Still great fuel prices in this era of outrageous fuel prices. Easy in easy out. They have everything a pilot needs for a quick stop.

Wow. Inexpensive SS Avgas and 24/7 access to a new clean terminal with clean bathrooms and 24/7 access to a crew car in great shape (put a gallon of gas in it.) The self-serve pump has not one but TWO switches that need to be turned on to dispense fuel. The first is the obvious one facing you above the black push button labeled "REEL" and the second is NOT obvious, rotated 90 degrees to the side and located BELOW the "REEL" button. We overnighted at the Shiloh Inn, which was spotless, and a good value.

I stop here at least 2 times a year while transporting a friend from New Mexico to South Texas. This airport is always easy in and easy out. Good fuel prices and the self serve pump works great. Usually somebody in the FBO building to offer you donuts on Saturday mornings. Recommend this as a good place to stop. Clean restrooms and flight planning room.
