I stopped today for some fuel. The pilot lounge was locked, the bathrooms were filthy, out of paper towels, and nearly out of toilet paper, trash overflowing. The fuel hose reel for 100LL, some of the most expensive in the valley, is broken and it won't retract. I went into the FBO and mentioned this to the people behind the desk. If they could care less I'm not sure how. In my 20+ years of flying Potcake is one of the worst FBO's I've encountered. They are doing a great disservice to KMMV and GA in general. If you aren't a jet they don't care.

I would definitely recommend Potcake. We were met with a golf cart and when the Mgr saw our baggage offered to pull up our rental car to ease the loading. Very accommodating! Great aviation museum across the street. We ate downtown (very charming downtown) and enjoyed a few wineries in the Willamette valley before departing the next day.
