After a great breakfast at the Jet Room, I hopped in my Mooney ready for a short flight back to UGN. During my run-up, the #1 cylinder dropped off on the R mag. No amount of leaning/high RPM cleared it. I taxied to Wisconsin Aviation and explained the problem. Martin quickly pulled another mechanic off another job and Tom quickly removed the cowling, removed the bottom plug (of course), then cleaned, tested, and reinstalled it. I was back on my way in record time! Professional, courteous, prompt, efficient and friendly service, what more can I say! Thank you, gents!

Diverted to KMSN when Oshkosh closed down for weather and parking unavailability. Decided to park the plane and proceed by rental car. FBO staff relocated and tied down my aircraft and assisted in obtaining ground transportation. Fuel prices and fees were reasonable for the 5 days parking on their ramp. Thanks!

Five stars really aren't enough. We nest at Wisconsin Aviation on every trip to Oshkosh, flying or driving to the show and returning to KMSN at night. This year we had a car reserved for Sunday, but decided at the last minute to arrive on Saturday. It was "bomber weekend, " when Wisconsin Aviation hosts a flock of warbirds prior to Airventure; the ramp and lobby were overrun with enthusiasts and gawkers, but we were marshaled right up to the front door with no close calls or drama. Our load of luggage was unloaded and then the desk tried to get us our rental car a day early. When the rental car company didn't answer its phone, they gave us a courtesy car for a couple of hours so we could get around. All the Wisconsin Aviation folks showed amazing grace, concern and care for us despite the seeming chaos of hundreds of people streaming through to look at warbirds and the influx of Oshkosh refuges fleeing from rapidly changing and increasingly nasty weather. The absolute top notch!

Worst customer service I've experienced in over 20 years in aviation. Line Manager was rude and unprofessional. Cursed and bowed up to me over a GPU request. Caroline at the front desk was more worried about her cookies she was arranging in a jar than her customers needing assistance. They weren't busy, the only two airplanes on the ramp was a Lear 35 and our plane. Bryan was the only customer service representative that was professional and friendly. Other than that if we had a choice we'd never come back here. This is what happens when you're the only FBO on the field. You can do whatever and still be in business. So sad...

Very nice FBO. No ramp fee and free overnight with fuel purchase. I asked the desk where the Coke machine was located. She said they had Pepsi. She asked if I wanted Coke and went out of her way to find me one. I'll be back.
