FBO was great. Good service with good full service 100LL price. Be advised that Enterprise rental car at this location has a reputation for switch and bait behavior. We booked through the FBO National/Enterprise system with AOPA discount program. Arrived a little earlier than booked and waited for car to be delivered. Representative from Enterprise hands me the keys to a larger vehicle than booked. No paperwork, nothing to sign. Later I see my credit card charged for 4 times my agreed upon price. Bottom line was it took a lot of time on the phone on hold, discussing, escalating to manager, and finally threatening to inform their corporate managers before they agreed to honor the original price. Later, I noticed many on Yelp documented this behavior.

Great fuel stop. Easy to get in and out of on the NE side of Memphis. They really were quick on a quick turn and the fuel price for full-serve 100LL was reasonable. I would definitely come back.

I stopped here for an overnight while ferrying a Mooney from CA to NC. The staff was great, fuel prices were good, and they even let us borrow a crew car overnight to get to/from the hotel. Awesome service! I'll stop again on my next trip near Memphis.

Stopped on Thursday for fuel and to wait out weather. CTI was wonderful, and gave me the crew car overnight. Had a mechanical issue on departure and had to leave my Baron with CTI. They were able to diagnose the problem but unable to fix it. Tony and Matt went out of their way to help. Not only did they assist me in finding someone who could do the repair, but also they graciously let him do the work in their shop. Never pleasant having a mechanical issue, but they made getting it taken care of as easy as possible. Can't ask for more!

Nice place and great people. Stopped for an overnight, got a car and fixed us up with a great rate at the hotel, plus a great dinner recommendation.

Great fuel stop! Super prices and wonderful staff. Large facility and ramp too. Only improvement would be to offer better vending options. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed. Thanks CTI!

As others have said "Outstanding!" Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Stuck over night due to weather and they helped us find a hotel and gave us a crew car. They even came out to get our VIP passenger (our dog) so we didn't have to carry her to the building. One of the best FBOs I've been to.

Easy ingress and egress, a lineman to direct me where to park, FS fuel prices that are very low, and close by restaurants all make this a very pleasant place to stop for fuel or a rest
