I haven't visited Olive Branch in years and probably will not be back if I can avoid it. Insofar as customer service, I really don't ask for much. Someone to marshal me into an appropriate parking spot, ask what services I need, and address those services. Here, I pull into the ramp and a couple of guys are just milling around a hangar door. No effort to assist with parking whatsoever. Fine. I pick a space and head inside. The person at the desk was a little distracted but I provided my tail number, pointed to the aircraft on the ramp and asked that it be topped off. After tending to business, filing my outbound flight plan, etc. I went to the desk to pay and was told that they forgot/went to the incorrect aircraft, etc. But they would get right on it - which they did. The facilities were clean but noisy. Overall, these folks need to focus on customer service.

We had a great experience at this FBO. Located next to Control Tower, easy access. Got fuel, air for the tire, and help with passenger baggage quickly. Bad Weather was approaching. Thanks for the great customer service. Highly recommend.

On a flight from California to North Carolina, our final overnight stop was in Olive Branch. This is a very nice airport with all the facilities we needed. It made for a seamless overnight stay. The best alternative to the international airport in Memphis.
