We stopped in for fuel on the way back from the midwest and found a comfortable place to rest for a bit and reasonable fuel prices. While getting ready to depart, the wastegate on our turbo failed, leaving us stuck AOG in Pasco. The staff stayed late to help us get situated and made sure we had access to everything we needed. The next day, the maintenance team jumped in to investigate what parts needed to be ordered. Once all the parts finally arrived, Ian had the plane ready to fly later that day. Very professional and efficient service.

Bergstrom has become disappointment with charging Signature style fees. I frequent Bergstrom fairly often and have never experienced what I did today. $20 ramp fee if you talk to the lady inside, $15 if you hear it from the ramp guy all for a Cessna 182. Signature fees without cold water, and warm cookies. I have always had first class experiences with Bergstrom in the past and Jack in their shop is outstanding. I think in the future I'll be using Richland where the service is top notch without the nickel and fees. I was just at Million Air in El Paso and not one fee charged.

Flew in to have lunch with my sister and parked in front of Bergstrom. The line guy felt bad telling us there was a new landing fee of $15 or 15 gallons. The lady running the desk inside said it was $20 or gallons. I double checked AirNav and couldn't find this fee anywhere. I'll be avoiding this place and going to Richland in the future. Response from Malin Bergstrom, President, Bergstrom Aircraft, Inc. To all our wonderful customers: Bergstrom Aircraft Inc. made the difficult decision to charge facilities fees starting November 2020 due to rising business costs. The fees are always WAIVED with a fuel purchase, for Angel Flights, medical transports and aircraft arriving for mtx. We were upfront and transparent about this change by posting on AirNav, AOPA, Foreflight, our website, our lobby and so many other online sites. Thank you for the outpouring of support during the pandemic and beyond. We look forward to providing exceptional service and value to each of you. We will continue to support GA, we all need each other to survive. Come celebrate our 50th anniversary (1971-2021) and enter to win great prizes like a David Clark headset, aviation-themed socks and boxer shorts :) and even an authentic taxi light recycled into a table lamp. Sincerely, Malin Bergstrom President Bergstrom Aircraft, Inc. 509-547-6271
