The team at MacAir Group is exceptional. From the moment we taxied in, to departure, they treated us like VIP's. We're a Cessna 172RG and felt like we were just as important as the military and private jets. The CSR's truly care about the customer experience: booking accommodations, arranging transportation and even offered to help us unload the plane. Thanks Mellisa, Nelly and Brigitte! The line crew are phenomenal. Quick to help and they treated our plane as if it was their own. Thanks Caleb, Kevin and Nate!

We visited MAC Jets on our recent stay in Portland. Although we didn't park there, the hospitality was exceptional. Mellissa was very attentive and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. We will definitely park our Cessna 172RG at MAC Jets next time we fly into PWM.
