I cannot overstate the excellent service that I received from the crew at Redding Jet Center this morning. We had a quadriplegic passenger in a wheelchair that needed to be loaded into our PC12! They provided all the assistance and care that she needed. They also provided a forklift to lift her into the plane! Outstanding Job! I only wish that all aviation companies had these kind of dedicated individuals working day in and day out to provide such excellent service.
