These folks are awesome. Friendly, professional, and accommodating, line crew and CSRs alike.

Super friendly staff, quick f/s fuel, expected wait at restaurant, ate on enclosed heated patio w/ dog, UNICOM to get through gate at FBO and restaurant.

Clean, courteous, and convenient to the restaurant and rental cars, to boot! Fuel is reasonable, given the location and nice FBO. Have used it since 1984, and, will continue to use it!!

Just a comment about my decision NOT to use this facility. I have used Red Rock at Moab and have been impressed with their service, and I'm sure Red Rock at Sedona is also good, but the fees and fuel costs simply were not acceptable to me. I've been to Sedona before, but because I now fly a twin turboprop (that is about the same size as my prior piston twin, with nearly the same weight) now there's a $100 landing fee and $100 RON fees just because the plane has turbine engines. Why is the fee not based on the amount of ramp space the plane consumes?

Stopped in Sedona en route to Las Vegas to refuel. Red Rock Aviation continues to be the FBO against which I gauge all others. Their customer service is top-notch, their full service fuel prices are on par with self serve elsewhere, the FBO building is clean and well appointed, and the views are incomparable.
