Very efficient and friendly. Waived ramp fee with 15 gallons. Fuel prices quite reasonable. ($6.04) for Avgas. Very nice crew car. Clean facilities.

Diverted to SFB on Sunday due to weather, staff was friendly and efficient, special shout out to Adam and hope he pursues his dream of making aviation and not IT his career. Also thanks to Marcus for among other things being far more awake than I was early this morning [0600]. Great crew.

I really don't have a major complaint about Million Air... Seems to be a pleasant team and good operation. I did have a problem with a small fuel leak from an aux tank. Lineman notified Fire Control at Sanford who called me. I told them we had a known problem with that one small aux tank and that at most it could contain 1 or 2 gallons of fuel. Despite my assurances and the Fireman's observation of a minimal drip, which appeared to be stopping, they called the emergency response team to eval..... Short story, I get a bill for $3200 for their 'services'..... I am a little aggravated with Million Air for calling this in, in the first place but I don't know airport protocols and management seemed genuinely empathetic.......... Nevertheless, I don't think I'll be going back to Sanford.

We're sorry that your time on our ramp was less than ideal. It is airport policy to report any instance of fuel spilled on the ramp. Our attempts to reach you multiple times to explain the issue and the costs that could potentially be incurred went unanswered. Consequently, the Battalion Fire Chief, who is very junior, felt compelled to notify hazard waste removal team - which is out of our hands. We did our best to make things right with you by waiving all of our fees, and offering fuel at our lowest price available. We hope you will give us another opportunity and we will do the same arrangement for fuel price and associated fees.
