Excellent service as usual. I showed up earlier than planned for departure and they went and got my plane staged right away. Good coffee choices and the half sandwiches in the lobby were a nice touch. 50-Cent per gallon fuel discount for AOPA members with membership card (which they still on file for me so I didn't even have to ask for it). $40 Facility fee waived with sufficient fuel purchase. Overnight parking for single-engine pistons $5 per night plus $15 security fee.

Got a last minute call to pick up my niece. Called Atlantic beforehand and was told that it would cost me $30 bucks for a quick stop. When I called ACI, all fees are waived for stops under 3hrs. (GA aircraft). Didn't bother calling Atlantic back, ACI got my business. If you are a GA aircraft, I recommend going to ACI, as they are GA friendly.

Pulled up to the very end of the Atlantic flight line to discharge one passenger from a Baron. Required all of 30 seconds. Atlantic called and hit us with a $50 fee. It turns out that fifteen bucks of that is a non-waivable KSNA Security Fee. However, their $35 Drop-Off fee seems outrageous. There were other open spaces on their ramp if another aircraft had arrived. Be forewarned.

Just a great service provider. Love Atlantic SNA and the staff really go out of their way to make you feel special. I really enjoy visiting SNA Atlantic.

Very busy, but they still took good care of us. 50-Cent per gallon fuel discount for AOPA members with membership card. $40 Facility fee waived with sufficient fuel purchase. Overnight parking for single-engine pistons $5 per night plus $15 security fee.

I was extremely impressed with my Atlantic/ Go rentals team at SNA on my last visit. The ramp was an absolute zoo yet the line personnel was extremely efficient and professional. Upon walking inside Lexi and Susan were swamped while working the desk yet maintained a calm demeanor and greeting every single person with a warm hello. I needed a rental and luckily there was a go rental right inside the FBO. Elan provided a beautiful smile and a warm welcome upon reaching her desk. Even though the place was packed like a mad house, Ms. Brannon was extremely diligent in ensuring my needs were met and provided me with an immaculate vehicle at a reasonable price. She went above and beyond by ensuring there were was cold bottled water for my drive! Go rentals and Atlantic at SNA should consider themselves lucky to have such a rock solid team. Keep up the great work guys and gals!

FANTASTIC staff! AOPA member fuel discount. Easy pickup/dropoff off at John Wayne Airport. Don't hesitate to use this FBO!

I haven't been to John Wayne Atlantic for a while but a change in my routes brought me back here this week and service was excellent. I was pleased to see fuel prices for Jet A had come down to what I consider very reasonable levels for a major regional. Ramp fees were very low and the Facility fee was waived with fuel. All in all a great experience. SNA is a busy airport but the controllers brought me straight in, and departure in the busy morning hours were without delay. Will definitely put Atlantic back on my list of favored stops. Can't beat the Orange County convenience.

Atlantic now holds the record for the worst FBO I've ever been to in 50 yrs of flying. Stopped in on 6/20/16 in my Mooney for 3 days of family visits with prior notification. NO one to show me where to park for several minutes. When I went in to check in I told them again I'd be there for 3 days and I needed to pick up my wife that afternoon in El Monte and come back to KSNA. I was informed that if I left the ramp without fueling I'd be charged the ramp fee. I countered saying Iím staying here 3 days? I was told in no uncertain terms that if I taxied off the ramp at any time during my stay without buying the min fuel I'd be charged the fee, l said that that policy is stupid and I'd go elsewhere. There next comment floored me WELL WE NEED TO CHARGE YOU THE RAMP FEE NOW BECAUSE YOU ARE LEAVING AND NOT BUYING FUEL! So it cost $25 to go to the other FBO on the field!

Atlantic SNA is a regular stop for us. I wish all Atlantics had GoRentals though. They are by far the car rental service on the road. The cars are always spotless and like Atlantic, their customer service is excellent. Thank you!
