Date of arrival October 3 - just before 10am. No AWOS signal, no local CTAF, just static. No fuel available, tie-down chains were broken. Length of stay was about 29 hrs - one night. Entry gate had a broken lock and code was inop. Calls to airport management went to full mailboxes. I was charged an arrival fee of $23, and two parking fees of $16. The usage charges were excessive. Please fix the broken radio systems at the Garberville airport and issue a notice that says that there is no fuel available. Runway condition was very good. Never again!
