We had a great experience with this FBO. I called Jim earlier this morning and told him our plans of trying to make a day trip to Hot Sulphur Springs. The OAT was around -25 Celsius this morning when I called. Jim said he would make sure we had a place to park near power and left us some extension cords to plug in the bird. He also helped us with ground transportation. Great service and made the trip a real ease. Thanks Jim!
Rented a car here during ski season. Car had a chipped windshield, missing gas cap. Typical FBO rental. On return was charged for windshield damage in the amount of $400. This is excessive and enough reason to avoid this FBO, despite the very nice gentleman in charge. This chip was pointed out to the FBO along with the gas cap issue the morning we picked up the car.
