This is great stop. Nice facilities, great fuel price and the staff is very friendly. I arrived around 5:30 PM on Friday afternoon on my way from San Diego to New York and they were waiting for me with Jet fuel truck ready and stuck around with me until I left after over a 1.5 hour delay (not their fault). I will definitely stop again.

The new terminal is complete and is in use; however the flight planning area is still a work in progress. It is a very nice facility and they now have the equipment so they can provide baro pressure and winds. Winter hours are daily 09:00-17:00. Self-service fueling is in the works, but currently you need to get fuel during business hours or make arrangements for after-hours fueling.

Very odd stop here on the way back from OSH. Found a guy sitting in a brand new terminal building, which was basically unfurnished. He wasn't unpleasant, but when I asked him if they had a drink machine he said, "What's that?" I said it's the thing you put money in, press a button, and a drink comes out. He amiably led us to a coffee pot, but he never mentioned the vending machine we later found out on the ramp. We spread out charts out on the floor and did some flight planning there with the aid of a cell phone. Weird.

Great place for fuel stop, nice people, very helpful. Ramp area under construction, will soon have brand new terminal building. Close to Pittsburgh Class B airspace so be careful.

Very friendly and efficient staff, excellent fuel prices, and a clean and neat terminal (and they're building a new one!). Outdoor benches and table for those warm, sunny days. Courtesy car for local use. A very welcoming small-town ambience.

Super friendly service, reasonable fuel prices and a neat, clean facility. Who could ask for more.

Stopped at Jefferson Co. En route from Lee Bottom, IN to Albany NY. Gas price was as advertised and very reasonable. Attendant came right out to help with fuel. This is NOT a 24-hour self serve so gas available only during business hours. Friendly locals came out to look at the C-195 and take pictures. This is a much better stop than Pittsburg just to the east. In and out in 15 minutes, no ATC.

We are back for the annual Dean Martin Festival. We are always pleased with how the staff treats us. Traffic is very light so getting is never a problem (PIT approach is very helpful). Fuel prices are excellent just remember you have to pull up to the pumps and fuel is only available when the operations office is open. When they give you tie down ropes, they don't mess around. These ropes remind me of the hawsers used to secure the USS America to the pier. BTW, they now offer free wireless Internet access.
