Didn't meet anyone on my visit, but the courtesy van was a very wonderful feature, and actually spent time in town touring the old prison, which was worth the trip. I camped on the grass where indicated, with a picnic table, though there were no bathrooms that I could find. Good quiet stop, with modern Fuelmaster pumps.
